Two special offers currently available for applicants remortgaging online are;
A 2-year discount off their standard variable rate of 3.04% for years 1 and 2, followed by the basic variable rate (currently 5.4%) for year three. Or, a tiered discount off the basic variable rate offer of;- Year 1 - 3% discount
- Year 2 - 2% discount
- Year 3 - 1% discount
- Year 4 - 0.5% discount
- Year 5 onwards - the basic variable mortgage rate (currently 5.4%)
